Los Niños del Narco

Los Niños del Narco is a documentary podcast that tells the harrowing story of Miranda, alias “Tacita,” a Mexican child who witnesses the murder of his younger brother at just six years old and later becomes a hitman after surviving a clandestine orphanage controlled by organized crime. For the podcast cover, I developed the creative concept and art direction around Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken objects with gold. The concept explores the idea that things can become more beautiful after being broken and repaired, turning scars and imperfections into part of their story.
